These shoes are super sweet. Very comfortable. I sized 0.5 down because my feet are on the narrower side of things. I am coming from a pair of doo-wins and these shoes are much much better in terms of comfort, fit, and support.

Perfect fit and game changer in the gym
What a difference going from Van's to these for all the compound lifts, especially squats. Very stable and supportive platform throughout the shoe.

Squats in these!
Easy on, and secure fit. Love these for squats. The heel lift is just enough to help keep my knees in place while hitting depth.

Perfect..
This is the 3rd brand I have tried and the other brands sizes were soo off. But these were perfect for me. I normally wear a 10-10.5 in sneakers so I ordered a 10 in these and they were perfect unlike the other brands like reebok and Do-win

A girl in boys shoes…
I’m a girl but I bought these because they were on super sale. Just sized down 1.5. No complaints - work great for my deadlifts and squats! The only thing is that they are warm… grated the barbell club doesn’t use air conditioning, but still much warmer than a pair of cross trainers.

Great pair of shoes for liftingI
I use it for squats, as well as deadlifts and they do the job really well.

Sized down for women's fit(size 4)! Perfect!
Weightlifting shoes are ridiculously overpriced. Most are over $250 and that's the same case with these. However, for some reason these were on sale at $105 so I grabbed them after hearing multiple people on Reddit weightlifting forums suggest them.If you are a female, size down 1 size for these (not 1.5 as usually recommended). I am a size 5 women's and sized down to a 4 men's and they fit nice and snug, almost too snug, from the outside I thought they would be too big and I would need an insole but that is not the case. They have some slight heft to them, odd to walk in as front is flat and not curved as in standard shoes. So, only wear these for the gym/weightlifting and not for any treadmill running or otherwise. You can see the comparison between my cheap Ardene's hack around shoe length/tip curve compared to the Adipowers.I would wait for a sale if you're looking to buy them at the regular $230 as they're selling them at $105 and still making a profit here- beyond that seems gouging.
