SEVERSKY edible Chalk chunks (lump) natural for eating (food), 1 lb (450 g)

I like Belgorod chalk and tried Seversky first time. LOVED it and I'll be ordering more. It's crunchy, not too hard not too soft, tastes like chalk and also has some chalky powder when biting into it. I don't swallow it, just chew it :) But it's my favorite now. Buying again!

I love it! Not too crunchy; not too soft. Definitely leave it out for a few hours before eating. There is a slight taste I don’t like when it comes straight from the bag but by the next day it tasted all natural. I wish they came in smaller chunks. It was a pain getting it into smaller pieces. I also found a few tiny pieces of rock while chewing, but it’s natural so that doesn’t bother me too much. Overall this chalk satisfies my craving.

Absolutely do not eat this as it comes. It is clear from the paper packaging and powerful chemical taste that no where along the line between when this was mined, packaged, or transported was it treated like food. Baking in the oven did nothing to remove the chemical taste. After grinding, washing repeatedly and baking dry it finally reached a neutral, earthy taste. I was hoping for a nothing-added antacid.. Will not buy again.
