I was really hoping these peelers would be a good product considering the reviews I’d seen, however, they began to rust after going through the dishwasher one time. I kept one of the peelers and gave one to each to two of my grown children. It’s embarrassing to give something to a loved one to have it be an inferior product. I don’t recommend this product.

This peeler is amazing. The carbon steel blade stays sharp and the tool for removing eyes works well. I recommend rinsing and drying with a paper towel if you don't immediately wash it as the carbon steel will rust quickly. The rust will wipe off and create a patina over time.

Die Klinge ist scharf, schält somit sehr gut. Klinge ist allerdings glaube ich aus Carbon-Stahl kann also Rostflecken entwickeln wenn man die Klinge in einer nassen Spüle liegen lässt.
