GOOD BALANCE IN PRICE AND SWEETNESS. WORKS FOR ME.
I switch to sugar alcohols after a physical WHEN the report showed my A1C was high into the Pre-diabetic stages. I had tried all the common sweeteners from Stevia, Monk fruit, and in short everything! In all my trials and experiments. This is the best in liquid Allulose for drinks. The best price and right amount of sweetness. Some I has tried does not compare on the sweetness scale. It won't disappoint!

Excellent for home made ice cream!
This product is essential for us to make our home made sugar free ice cream!! The liquid allulose allows the ice cream to be creamy and oh so good!

Bitter taste
For some reason this Allulose syrup had a bitter aftertaste. The bitterness is less noticeable when used in a recipe in small amounts such as Keto Ice Cream etc. However if you are using it to sweeten cereal or a drink, then you will taste the bitter aftertaste. Wholesome Sweetner Allulose is much better overall.

Great 1:1 Sugar Syrup Swap
Great use as a 1:1 of sugar syrup (drinks, recipes, etc.). Clear, doesn't crystalize.

Dissolves in cold liquids - but has a bit of a taste
I got this to have an alternative to granulated allulose or granulated erythritol (which doesn't dissolve very well). It does mix in more easily, but I find that it doesn't have as neutral of a taste as a simple sucrose syrup would. It's a little strong to use with certain flavor drops in carbonated drinks, but it works well in more strongly flavored drinks like tea or coffee.

Great sweater
Really good for cooking, substituted 3/4 cups for one cup of sugar.

measuring
needed more to get the sweet… not cup for cup

Cool sugar substitute
Tastes sweet without the weird aftertastes like other low sugar/sugar free options out there. This stuff also worked perfectly to make low sugar slushies which is the reason why I wanted to try this out.
