For the price, this is an excellent showerhead. Body is made of solid stainless steel; you can feel the weight of this when taking it out of the package, and know right away that this is not pressed together plastic parts.Out of the box, it comes with an unadvertised flow restrictor inside the connector for the showerhead. This means that if you attach the showerhead as-is, you get a gentle, true-to-its-name rain-like showering experience. Nice, I guess, but for me the water doesn't so much flow out of the showerhead as just fall out of it. I literally couldn't feel the water hitting my skin except that I was becoming wet all over. Thankfully this flow restrictor is easy to remove, but instructions on how to do so are not included in the box. After searching through customer questions, I got an idea of where it was. To save you the time and confusion:--- The showerhead comes in the box with a plastic protector cap over the connector neck. Obviously you remove this no matter what (and by the way, this comes out by UNSCREWING it, for those like me that think it's just popped in there and you can get it out with a fingernail :/ )--- After this, you see the steel mesh filter, with a rubber edge. This is standard, but you need to pop this up and out--- Now you should see a white plastic component that is more or less just sitting in there. Flip the showerhead over and drop this plastic piece out. This is the flow restrictor.--- Put the steel mesh filter back in place, then attach the showerheadWithout the flow restrictor, you get a good solid outpouring of water that is more or less twice the volume (I haven't measured, but visually and physically, it appears to be twice as much). Of course, this probably eats up a lot of your water, so be aware that for most people, a 10 to 15 minute shower is probably going to empty out most of your water heater tank.That said, I really like overhead rainfall style showerheads. It makes it easier to wash your hair, you can step out of the flow of water much easier, you don't get splash back or have water hitting the shower walls and potentially spilling out of the shower (if you have curtains and not a door). And its nice to not have water constantly hammering your back or chest but rather flowing down around you.Be aware that this showerhead DOES NOT come with an extension bar, as it appears in some of the photos, both official and from customers, and you will need to purchase this separately if you have a standard configuration where the water pipe comes out of the wall at an angle. It DOES however come with a rather large roll of Teflon tape to seal the screw, so don't be like me and buy an extra roll because you weren't sure :/

Durable all-steel construction, ball-jointed showerhead with removable restrictor provides even water flow.We have a tankless hot water heater which is designed to eject the "scale" that would normally build up in a hot water tank. The scale particles tend to clog up our aerators and showerhead jets, which causes backpressure in the showerhead. My previous showerhead purchase literally split the front face from the back due to the pressure buildup, this did not.

This shower head generates a really nice consistent stream from all the nozzles. Tip: remove the water restrictor from before installation! This is a ridiculous plastic piece the government makes companies install that is easily removed.

I bought this product last week and once we got it had my husband install it right away! He said it was a super simple set up and that it took no time at all! We are renovating our bathroom to go for a more modern look and this shower head fits in perfectly! It was much bigger than I expected and was in great condition!If you don't already have one, you will need to purchase the "arm" (or whatever they call the bar sorry) - We already had one! I Personally think the water pressure is perfect, not to hard and not to soft! The wide head covers more area, giving it more of the "rainfall" feel! Very luxurious!Overall I am very pleased with this product! So glad I was chosen to test out this product at a full promotional discount!

I suffer from chronic headaches, and having this nice gentle water flow over over my whole head is just wonderful. I happened to have a bad tension headache the day with was delivered, got it set up and it was a godsend.Thank you!
