We were a military family, my husband is now retired from the military, the only place I was ever able to find this was on the military installation at the commissary. We don't eat a lot of pork at all, but for some reason my husband had a craving, and said "why don't you look on Amazon for those pork chop packets we used to buy at the commissary". So, I did just that and I was super excited to see them! Excellent product! These packets will make your pork chops taste so flavorful!

I love this seasoning and cooking bag! It's so easy to dry out pork chops, but this combo is your solution. My kids love them. The bag holds up to 8 chops I normally do 6 helps me cook a little quicker and more seasoning on the chops. Quick and delicious meal. Also, since they are hard to find in the grocery we get the autoship and I don't have to think!

I've been using this for grilling pork chops over charcoal for years. Glad to see that they stopped fiddling with the ingredients and went back to the original formula. Every person that I've turned on to this stuff has made it their go-to for grilling. Just pour the seasoning in a gallon freezer bag, add 2 Tablespoons of water to make a thin paste, then add 3-5 medium sized pork chops, zip the top and move them around to distribute. Add 1 T more water if needed. 30 minutes later, grill to your liking you'll get awesome results. If you marinate overnight in the fridge, it's even better!!! I've also tried panfrying with a touch of bacon grease and even baking after marinating, both excellent. The only complaint is that of the 3 different meats they offer this for, (there's one for pot roast and one for chicken too), the pork chop one is nearly IMPOSSIBLE to find in a grocery store. Always sold out of the pork chop type. Not cheap either, but for once a product has the quality to back it up. Thank you Amazon for making this more available.

I love this type of seasoning but I cannot find it in my usual grocery store anymore and I don't want to travel all over the place to different stores just to find this. Finding it on Amazon was a very convenient blessing! Thank you for selling it here!

This is a very good seasoning and bag method of cooking pork chops. The seasoning isn’t overpowering, and the cooking bag helps to cook the chops quickly without drying them out. This is my go-to for a fast week night dinner
