leg cramps/varicocelle
took 1 twice a day for a month and now I just take one every morning, seems to help with my chronic leg cramps and vascular issues such as varicocele. its not immediate and it took quite a while before I noticed a difference but one day I was like hey I'm in much less discomfort now so I will continue to take.

So far, so good. I only switched because the brand that I always used was unavailable. It really hasn't been long enough to give a true evaluation, but since I have had no leg pain or spasms, I will say it is working well.
