It is just about okay.
3.5" HDD storage pouches/boxes are nowhere available in the local markets these days (at least no where in Nehru Place, Delhi) - which I found very shocking. I think this one was the only product on Amazon catering to 3.5" HDDs. This product is Made in China, and, build quality is okay-ish - it is a very snug fit for a 3.5" HDD, which is a good thing. However, the plastic body is not totally rigid, it flexes a little bit, so do not put any weights on it, and, the enclosure is NOT moisture proof, there is a small gap running along the edge of the swiveling top of the enclosure so it is preferable to store the enclosure in a cool and dry place.
