Was havimg a few issues with the products I purchased but flexnest saw the review and called to fix it. The scale is accurate if youturn of the athletemodein the settings.

Too expensive for a low quality product
Waste of money to invest. Poor quality sheathing around the metal rope. But one good thing to say very easy to use.
