This thing is a beast
Wanted to upgrade from my Anvil pump so I could do whirlpools, boiling temps, and push through a plate chiller. This riptide pump is incredible! With the Anvil, I had to control the flow by clamping down on the hose and pinching it off. The riptide has a knob on the front that you twist to set flow rate. Super easy to do. Additionally, at full power, this pump will flow like nobody’s business. It pushes through ~10ft of piping and a plate chiller as if they weren’t even there. Absolutely zero lag. This is a “buy once, cry once” purchase for sure. Well worth the money

This pump is screeching after less than a month of service. We have used it three times
We upgraded to this pump assuming that at the price it would perform better than the little chugger pumps we had been using. This is not the case.

One of the best things I have ever purchased in my life. Whoever designed this pump deserves a medal. Wine making, beer making or any other beverage transfer need, this pump is IT! Don't buy anything else because you will end up buying this in the future anyway.
