Dissolves perfectly.
I have been using this for years, but never any issues at all. Always dissolves in practically every single thing, from ice water just brew hot coffee. And it’s cheaper than Benefiber.

Don’t mix with carbonated drinks!
I take about 1 1/2 soon fulls a day mixed with my tea. Don’t mix it in a drink with bubbles. It keeps my digestive system functioning smoothly. I keep it all the time and I can tell when I haven’t taken it.
