I really like the texture of this finishing powder,it applies smoothly, sets makeup well, and helps control shine throughout the day. The only thing is that the shade was a little bit lighter than I expected, so keep that in mind when choosing your color. Overall, great quality for the price!

Makeup set for the day!
I have very oily complexion. I apply small amount before applying my foundation and take a brush and apply small amount after . It prevents the shine for about 8 hours and a may do a little touch up if I am out and about. I also use foundation by Elf. I love their products gives me a natural look and sets makeup for the day! My complexion is dark so this color is great for me.

Smooth semi-matte look
I love the texture of the e.l.f. Prime & Stay Finishing Powder. The compact was smaller than I expected but using a powder brush to apply it the color is right and it gives a semi-matte look. Because I have large pores and some acne scarring I prefer not to use anything with a brighter. This powder is smooth and helps cover my trouble areas instead of drawing attention to them. Definitely has made my "recommend" list.
