Iron supplements can be really hard on your stomachache, these are not. The only thing I don't like is the metallic aftertaste

I love the magnesium citrate gummies from this brand so I decided to try these as well and they taste horribly HORRIBLY gross. Tastes like bad sushi. So gross that my gag reflex was going off and I haven’t gone back to them since. Will be donating these to the trash since they cannot be returned. What a waste of money.

I plug my nose while taking it so I don’t feel the bloody metallic taste. Plugging your nose works, the grape taste does come through when your nose is plugged, but no bloody taste at all. I also plug my nose when I wash it down with water, then immediately start eating breakfast so the aftertaste goes away. I am anemic. I will update at the end of march after my blood test if these work or not. I will change my rating then.

These vitamins are delicious it's like eating candy. Seems to do the job needed as my levels are good.

I don’t think I’ve ever left feedback but these are the foulest thing I think I have ever tasted. I might just throw them out rather than keep trying to take them. Delivery was good. Can’t comment on efficacy as I can’t stomach them frequently enough for any effects.
