Poor manufacturing
This camera was an absolute hunk of junk. Lasted no more than 4 months before issues began to appear. It appears there’s a defect in the antenna seal that allowed moisture to enter. That’s saying a lot since this is used in a desert. I reached out numerous times to their customer support team, both through email and phone. Their call center is a joke that apparently can’t handle high call volumes. To cap it all off, they (so far) have been unwilling to reimburse my subscription fee. Based on my experience, my recommendation is to avoid their products and services. Absolutely disappointing.Update: Bushnell contacted me and agreed to issue a refund. They also sent me a second camera which was very considerate. It is a different model.

Extra Special
My family created a memorial at a lake to honor my wife and their mother. My son suggested we install a trail cam to keep an eye out and see what happens at night. What a treat. The camera is great and the images are clear. I have an issue with the software that controls the settings in that there is no provision to suspend taking pictures. So. over the course of six months, the camera recorded over 7K images whenever there was a storm and a stray leaf moved. The camera however, is first class.

Failed after 3 months/Bushnell made it right! UPDATE
Very disappointed. I have been buying Bushnell products for decades and was a dealer for many years. I held Bushnell in higher regard. The reason I purchased this camera over the others was due to the brand. The last few weeks, during the heat of the day, I have been getting false alarms. Pictures sent every couple minuets of nothing. There are no strong winds blowing trees in the background, tall grass, ect. It has also been missing full sized vehicles driving within 10 feet of camera. Now it has moisture in the camera body. This camera is still sealed from the first time I set it up and installed it. I hoped it was dirt or dust on the outside of the lens, no, inside moisture making this camera totally unusable at this point. Not worth the money for the cell subscription.Very disappointed it has failed this quickly.Past the Amazon warranty.I will be looking for a replacement and at this point it will not be Bushnell.UPDATE:Number Amazon has for Bushnell product support is wrong. Went to site, found phone number, left msg, they called back in a couple hours!Had a great customer support person. Listened to my issue, said they had some issues with this model and it was discontinued. Sent a new camera one step up from this camera without a leakage issue. Should arrive this week! I will need to send the old camera back at my expense, but better than being out a whole camera.I would increase the rating due to great customer service, however, the camera has known issues and is obviously a problem. Amazon states the ratings should apply to the product, not shipping time, company support ect.I will see how camera number 2 holds up...... As I stated earlier Bushnell has always been a quality product in their optics line. Glad to see they stand behind their other products.

Works well, Might Not be the Most Durable
This is my second Cellucore. My first one has started having connectivity issues and battery draining issues during its second year. For $60 each I am not very upset about it. If I ever paid the full price of $120 I might would be frustrated. I think they struggle to keep water out during harsh rain which is probably what has hurt my first camera.

Camera works great, the app and OnX integration are lacking. Support no longer exists.
I have 10 of these now, though only six are deployed. Three have been out in the woods for over a year and the batteries were still fine, although they were each only connected to cellular for a couple months. Pictures are clear and the videos are great. Setup is easy within the app.One thing that is lacking is the app is unable to "deploy" a camera without cellular service. Given that these are often used in areas with less than stellar cellular service this can make it a pain the first time you take out a new camera. I recommend "deploying" the camera at your home then updating the location in the woods after you have put the camera out.The next problem is the OnX integration is sub-par. Pictures properly sync between the two services, but location information is not updated in OnX when you move a camera's location in the Bushnell app. I talked to a nice man from Kansas on the customer service line last year when I first noticed the problem. He was unable to assist but passed along feedback to "the team." This is still a problem a year later so clearly the team did nothing with the feedback. The most egregious problem is Bushnell has since shut down the customer service phone number for their trail cameras. There are menu options to take you to trail camera support but once you get to there a pre-recorded voice says it is no longer in operation. Bushnell is continuing to sell an expensive product with subscription-based services but has no support offered. I also have attempted to email Bushnell and have yet to receive a response weeks later. If you buy this you will indeed get a good camera, but be aware that support options are non-existent should you run into problems.

Great Cellular Camera
I have had these trail cameras for 2 seasons now and have not had any issues with them. Customer Support is easy to work with if needed and will make any issues right. Picture quality is good and sends instantly.

Get the right SD card.
Seems like a quality unit so far. Uses a lot of batteries. Probably want to go with rechargeable, lithium or solar panel. MUST use a San Disk SD card for cell service to connect, don’t ask me why but it wouldn’t connect with a Micro brand. Called customer service and they told me to get the San Disk brand and it worked right away. Got pictures on phone as soon as it was turned on. Will update in a few days, but it seems like a great value for the money. Time will tell…
