I took the capsule to hopefully boost my immune system, specifically to prevent being infected with COVID-19. I have no idea whether it worked, or not, but I have not been infected with Covid, even though the majority of my Church has been. I received my 2nd dose of the vaccine yesterday, so I may never know the effectiveness of this product, but I'm glad I'm taking it. No colds in the past two years either. May be luck, but I'll take what I can get and do what I can to take care of myself.

I love this product. If I feel a sore throat coming on, I start taking the tablets & start to feel better fast.

Easy to seallow, no aftertaste, ingredients shown in the label are good for the immune system. Vitamin k, D, C and Zinc are the ones I read are good for you.
