Nicole is the kind of genius who makes unfun and difficult topics accessible and easy. I have my MBA and I still never figured out how I personally could invest and create financial independence, until reading Nicole's book. Her other books - Rich Bitch, Boss Bitch, and Becoming Super Woman are all must reads too.She has a way of translating personal finance to make it easy and fun to apply to my life. Her writing is kind, vulnerable, funny and honest. And her overall message is one of self care, truly taking care of yourself so you can contribute more to the world. I've put off doing things for myself for so long, they've always come last on my list after work and responsibilities to others. But her books make me feel empowered to take care of ME and build a base for myself. Thank you Nicole! The world is so lucky to have you <3

If you're looking to make passive income this year, this book is a great place to start. As a millennial trying to achieve financial freedom, I felt like Nicole was speaking directly to my soul when she wrote, "You can't budget and save your way to financial freedom."Gone are the days of being shamed for avocado toast and $5 lattes. This book is one that focuses on the real way to make money – investing! 10/10 would recommend.

It is written in a conversational way like talking to another girl! I was excited to read it and learn the 7 passive incomes that make millionaires (outside of salary)!!
