Excellent product
Purchased this item 2 and a half years ago. In that time I've removed a mole, several small cherry angiomas and 3 milia with it. It took some time for me to really understand how this item works, in fact it was only after giving up on it and going to a professional aesthetician and paying 50 pounds to remove a milia with a similar device that I figured it out. Now it's easy. Here's how I use it. Put the power towards the highest setting, 8 or 9 is similar to professional products, always use the finer needle. Press it lightly against the issue (it shouldn't dig it like a syringe needle), press the button for the electricity, try to keep your hand steady as you press the button, and pull the device away from your skin reasonably rapidly, before releasing the button, for half a second you'll see a spark, and a jolt of pain. The area will be burnt, now depending on what you're treating depends how many times you need to do this. Often the area will instantly look different but that's just temporary swelling, like when you get a sting or insect bite. It can be a bit tricky seeing the issue after the first zap because of this, but you will need to repeat, trying to get it as close to first zap location as possible, waiting longer allows more swelling which makes it even more challenging. If you need to do more than 2 zaps it is a bit easier as you'll find there's a small hole now in your skin to place the needle in(although it'll go below the skins surface when you do this, don't use it as an injection or digging tool, just place it at the bottom of the newly formed hole) For a cherry angioma it's one or two times. For a milia it's 3. Going to 4 and 5 repeated zaps will produce a fairly deep hole, several mm, one that will take a long time to heal. After you've zapped it, try not to scrutinise your work too much, the area will raise with swelling for a couple of days and be fairly red for about a week to as long as a couple of months. Probably taking a before and after pic is a good idea to see how successful you've been! My advice would be to test on your upper arm before trying it on a more prominent area. The pain will make you jump at first but you do get used to it, it is so brief. It's saved me several hundreds of pounds! I hope that helps. Mines still going strong, got another milia to treat with it, and I believe it can fix broken capillaries, though I've not tried this I will likely give 1 to 2 zaps.

Glad I did.
Worked exactly as discribed. I used it to remove quite a large raised mole that I have had since I was 14 years old and hated just as long, but never did anything about it. This pen has completely delivered in performance and end results and I am so pleased I bought it. Please make sure that your moles or other skin ailments are suitable for you to treat on your own, and only take my review as a personal journey, I just wanted to state here it did work amazingly well for me and additionally disclose that there is a recovery time involved like any minor surgical procedures. Good luck in your own journey.

Removed all my skin tags
I recently tried the CHRERNA Skin Tags Pen Remover Kit, and it has proven to be a highly effective tool for dealing with various skin imperfections. The kit comes with 9 adjustable modes, which allows for precise control and customization based on the type and size of the skin issue. Using the pen was straightforward, thanks to the clear instructions provided. The plasma technology worked well on skin tags and small moles, and I noticed results after just a few sessions. The device is compact and easy to handle, making the process smooth and relatively painless. However, I would have preferred a longer battery life, as it requires frequent charging during extended use. Despite this minor inconvenience, the overall performance and effectiveness of the CHRERNA Skin Tags Pen Remover Kit make it a valuable addition to my skincare routine. Overall, I am pleased with my purchase and would recommend this kit to anyone looking for a convenient at-home solution for skin tag and mole removal.

Does not work
Does not work as advertised. All it does is burn the skin and the spot you are trying to remove will reappear as soon as the skin heals. This is not a plasma pen. Do not purchase. Also, the product is mot eligible for return.

Amazing product
Thought i would give it a try as the wife has (had) loads of small tags on her armpits. Absolutely amazing product. I don't usually bother to write reviews, but this time, I had too. Try it on setting 2 the 1st time you use it. It does burn the tags off, so don't go straight to the highest setting as it does hurt. But no pain no gain, as they say. Do the tags go black and most fall off, after a few days. If there is a stubborn one, just repeat after a week. I have actually tried it on a freckle on my arm and after a few times, it's hardly noticeable.. Definitely worth a try if you have skin tags.

It works if you're on a budget.
So... It does work, but you'd have to have a lot of guts to handle how much it burns the skin. And let me tell you, It BURNS like Satan's toenail! It ain't easy! And the downside is there is a risk of scarring if you're not too careful. If you want to get rid of freckles, moles, warts and so on, it's better to go to the doctors about it. But if you're on a budget, I guess this is good too... As long as you are extra cautious, careful and are willing to take risks and face consequences!

After 6 months i give it 10/10
I bought it in January now it's October so I had time to test it properly. I used it on almost every part of my body including my face. It works amazing! It hurts at first but quickly you get used to the feeling. For bigger tags, I recommend a 4/5 setting, and for small 3. This method is 1000x better than freezing or salicylic acid (bazuka) and cheaper than a dermatologist's single tag removal. Of course, if you have sus looking mole go to a dermatologist but for regular skin tags this is a no-brainer. Clean a tag with rubbing alcohol before and after use, and you can apply Silicone Scar Gel 1-2 days after. But I tested with and without Silicone Scar Gel and in both cases it healed perfectly. The only complaint I have is the built-in light. It's blue and is absolutely useless. Overall I highly recommend it. I didn't expect it to work so well for that price. Worth every penny.

Great! Seems to have done it's job
I had quite a large mole on my back which would often get caught and cause pain. My doctor said it was nothing to worry about, and told me if I wanted it removing, I would have to be referred to a private surgery and pay upwards of £300 for it to be removed. Even local beauty salons would quote around £150 to remove it. I purchased this pen and using the big, reusable needle proceeded to zap the mole. There wasn't much pain, more of a discomfort, which after one or two zaps, you get used to. My partner zapped my mole until the whole top of it was darkened and within 10 days, the mole had reduced right down to a size where I will no longer catch it. It was quite a large mole, and I think it will need a second zapping to fully remove it. But for the price paid, I can not believe the results! I've a few more little tags and moles I shall be removing with this awesome little device. Safe, does what it is supposed to, and great value for money. Really easy to use. Turn on, set level, then press to zap! Minimal pain with no bruising when healing.
