This is a big strong strapping system. It's way way better than I was expecting. It is a little big n bulky BUT that's because it's doing a lot. It can be pulled as tight as you want and it goes really tight if you need it too, does get pretty hot then and some people really like that. It's a complex design that's easy to use. The way the straps pull i onto you is great. The option of rigid or more flexible support bars is great. If you have a bad back and need to restrict the movement of the lower back/lumbar area then this is perfect. It is going to be within your trouser line so think about that if your trousers are super tight on the waist. I found this to be a great help and could go about my business much better than without it until the back eased off. As the day goes on I found myself letting the straps off for a while and retightening them. Definitely works well.Definitely recommend this, it's a lot of kit for a small price and really eased my pain yet allowed me to carry on functioning.

ordered this product after reading the reveiws and searching for a decent brace for pain relief and support of bulging disks, trapped sciatic nerve and dehyrated disks, as my old brace needs replacing. Arrived within 2 days packaged well, with instructions and spare plastic bars. washed and dried well, alittle unclear as to how you wear it-on the hips or above. On the hips, the 2 front bars dig into skin and you cant take them out. so i put it on above the hips. easy to tighten and loosen although if you fasten it too tight it can nip your skin. A double fastening, both velcro. 1st the fastening of wrap then theres 2 straps, one on each side to fasten for as much support that you need. comes with a padded cushion to velcro on the inner back of the brace to protect the arch in the back too which i found very comfortable and needed. breathable material and very discreet. i wear this under my clothes but can be easily worn on top of clothing and would still offer support. does relieve some of the pain.

Good size, excellent quality and fit perfectly. I've spend 8 hours working and was really helpful with my lower back pain. Keep the area warm and steady. Recommended

We’ll made and sturdy. The straps are secure and as a back support it is first class. But for some reason it makes me itch after 20 minutes. It’s on my waist, on the side and front, so I’m not sure why. It might be me and my delicate skin! 😉😆

I suffer from lower back pain and sciatica. Bought this to see if it can help.Overall very happy so far , keep an eye on the sizing. But the straps and comfort is fine once you get used to wearing it .I believe it is helping me to keep my posture and lower back straight, so it’s been value for money so far . It also feels like a good quality product and well made.

Bought this a week ago now, very pleased I did.Certainly a lots of belts to choose from...I've had L4/5, S1 issues the past 12 years now, and for good measure I fractured my L2 some 20 months back in a fall...like you do...I really like the high back, the width of this belt, really feels secure as it was, and the curved supports are absolutely spot on. I don't need the support cushion that's with it, but good to know it's there if I do.I'm 6' and 90 kg, and pretty fit, so I went with the Large size, it's perfect, as how it straps up around the front is great, as doesn't bulge out and can wear shorts etc, without it being noticeable.This is genuine feedback, as if you're in pain pretty much all the time, you'll need a good belt.Will recommend this for certain. Best I've had so far. It it doesn't last long, or frays etc, it'll still be worth whatever time It's survived ;)

Easy to put on and wear. Size accurate. Hubby finds it rubs against his skin so prefers to wear it over a vest. He finds it very supportive and it has helped ease the pain of his condition

I am so far very happy with this support belt as I have been struggling with disk issues for about a year with daily physio and exercise but find it only takes one wrong move and you are back to square one with healing progress so thought trying a belt to stop me from sitting with bad posture or bending in an incorrect way that hinders my recovery.Results are great on day one of trying the belt I feel improved.I only wear when working and doing housework etc and take off to do the physio 3 times a day. The quality seems strong and well made and the belt on me sits perfectly from under bust to just above my hips.I bought the size large and I am a female height 5’8 with a dress and jeans size uk 14-16 and it fits perfectly with plenty of room to pull the smaller straps as tight as I need for good support.I hope this is the start of me getting this back problem healed faster, it certainly feels like it’s going to be successful.Give it a go I don’t think you’ll be disappointed and good luck with your recovery:)

Eccezionale. Con le stecchette in acciaio e stretta bene è veramente rigida e sostiene la schiena perfettamente aiutandoti a fare qualsiasi movimento. Fatta veramente bene, calcolando il basso costo. In 2-3 giorni il dolore si è attenuato. La consiglierò sicuramente ad altre persone.

Diciembre 2023: Esta faja aguanta el paso del tiempo y el uso esporádico. Los velcros tienen la misma adherencia que el primer día y el cinturón sigue teniendo aspecto de nuevo.El cinturón es ancho, abarca como un corsé y se ajusta perfectamente al cuerpo. Tiene una almohadilla que se ajusta en el interior para amortiguar y aliviar el dolor y dos tipos de sujecciones para dar estructura al cinturón (metálicas y plásticas) y elegir si queremos mayor o menor rigidez. Además consta de dos velcros con gran capacidad de agarre y el segundo hace mayor presión aún si cabe para terminar de encorsetar la espalda. El material es de muy buena calidad y ejerce su función corrigiendo la postura de la espalda de forma que cuando te lo quitas, tu cuerpo tiende a seguir derecho, lo que evitará futuras dolencias. El cinturón por si solo, una vez tienes la lesión, no te quitará el dolor pero si te aliviará. Es la corrección de la postura y el descanso lo que hará que remita. De forma que es una herramienta de prevención y no tanto de curación.Es muy importante que la talla sea la correcta y se hagan las medidas en la parte baja de la cintura y dejar holgado el metro. Si te quedas corto, te apretará y si te pasas no te sujetará correctamente. La guía de tallas es correcta.Creo que es un cinturón lumbar de calidad a la altura de los vendidos en ortopedias y a muy buen precio.
