Nongshim Soon Kimchi Noodle Cup, 2.64 Ounce (Pack of 6)

These are currently my favorite noodles. They are vegan friendly, cook quickly, and offer a nice chew. The spice packet is mild and not spicy. I like to boil the noodles in water for a couple mintues until just al dente. Then I add the noodles (after draining them) to a broth with baby bok choy, mushrooms, and vegan ham. It makes for a nice light lunch or dinner. They also taste great fried.

This ramen is very tasty. However it’s a bit spicy so be ready. I love ramen. Give this a go.

Thank goodness they have not tried to "improve" this product--about the same as when I first bought it 5 years ago. Good flavors, good packaging, easy setup. Pricey, but worth it.

This is one of my favorite vegan instant ramens—rich, savory, and way more satisfying than you'd expect from a meatless cup. I never microwave it (just add boiling water), and the flavor develops really well that way. That said, it's salty. The website says 54% daily sodium, but the product I received lists 57%. To make it more manageable, I add extra water and skip drinking the broth. The taste is still fantastic, texture is great, not too soft. These have gotten me through busy call shifts and late-night study sessions. It’s not an everyday food, but definitely a reliable pantry staple when you need comfort food fast. Just pace yourself and drink some actual water too. 😅

I would just buy the broth if I could, been trying a lot of different vegan instant noodles over the years due to allergies in my family. This one is great, with a tasty broth and not super oily. Also extremely affordable!

My daughter loves them. We are about to order more. They are the right spiciness and great flavor.

This time last year, I had gone two months without eating due to morning sickness in pregnancy. Only could stomach 1-2 starbursts a day. Lo and behold, I had bought this on a whim before my pregnancy and asked my husband to make it. Ended up buying this thing in bulk as it was the first real food I’d eaten in months. The texture wasn’t too soggy, it was flavorful but not overwhelming. Forever grateful for these noodles. One year later, the baby and I are doing great.

These and the kimchi ones are some of the best you can get.

Just regular shin noodles without the spice element. They sound good on paper but I will say they have a stranger aftertaste that is hard to get rid of.
