I've tried EVERYTHING over the counter for constipation. Metamucil, Citrucel, Probiotics, Miralax, Senacot, Dulcalax, Magnesium, Acacia...everything and nothing worked. These Triple Fiber capsules have cracked the DaVinci Code! I take 4-5 after my last meal in the evening with a glass of water and when I wake in the morning, my body is ready to "let it go." My body actually stimulates itself to "go!" This hasn't happened in years without the assistance of a stimulant (laxative or prune juice). I was exhausted from prune juice and had resisted my doctor's urging for a prescription (Linzess). Miralax and Metamucil gave me migraines. I've been taking them for a few months and will now step it up and take 4-5 mid-day or with breakfast to see if I can "go" some more!! I wholeheartedly endorse these.

These were recommended to me by the owner of a Natural Pharmacy. They are capsules and I take 5 every night before bed, they work great. They are pricey, but if you don’t like drinking a fiber psyllium to add fiber to your diet, then this is a great alternative.

I take a lot of different supplements, mostly because I don't have a great diet. I spend considerable time and effort researching any products I take to ensure that I am getting the best quality at a fair price. First, this product is organic so that is a huge plus. There are also several different types of fiber in this product so that is also a plus. Research shows that the more varieties of plant material that our gut is exposed to each week, the healthier our gut bacteria our (25+ different plant materials per week was shown to be the most beneficial). The reason I only give this product 4 stars however is that you just don't get enough fiber per capsule in my opinion. If you are just looking to add a little additional fiber to your diet, then this product is a solid choice. If you are in need of a product to help improve bowel function than I highly recommend either a) an organic psyllium supplement that you dissolve in water or b) Regulator by Do Vitamins, which are the only organic psyllium capsules I can find. I use the product daily and it is excellent..

I'm very pleased with my product. It arrived next day, and after starting this supplement I must say I'm happy with the results it's given me. I have suffered with constipation for years, it's unpleasant and uncomfortable. I went from going to the bathroom once every 3 to 4 days....to going daily 2 to 3 times....im not exaggerating. It indicates to take 5 capsules up to twice daily, however one simple dose of 4 once a day ...has been sufficient for me. I recommend this to anyone who has suffered with mild to severe constipation. It hasn't been a week since my initial purchase and I just placed my second order.

I bought this thinking that 150 capsules would last three months or so. I was wrong. At best, it's a 30 day supply. The directions f recommend 5 capsules, three times a day. That 15 capsules a day. A 10 day supply. I won't be buying this product again.

Take these as a fiber supplement, take six with each of 2 meals a day, if you are not getting enough fiber from your diet, this is one was to assure your getting enough.

15 horse pills a day for only 6 grams total of fiber? REALLY? I wish I had read the fine print before buying this, because I wouldn't have made the purchase.I was so taken by the big bold words "TRIPLE FIBER" and the sub-captioning of "flaxseed, oat bran, acacia" that I failed to read the serving size. The directions say to take 5 capsules in the morning (and they are huge) and "may be repeated at midday and in the evening". Those 5 morning pills only provide 2 grams of fiber!, so you NEED to repeat midday and in the evening to make it worth taking. I mean honestly, anyone who needs a fiber supplement is not only short by 2 grams a day..... And even with taking all 15 pills a day, it still ONLY totals 6 grams of fiber. That is 1/4th of the 25 grams women need daily and only 1\6th of the 35 grams men need daily.So the bottle of 150 capsules will give you 6 grams a day and will only last 10 days!It's sort of ridiculous how little fiber each capsule contains. At 0.4 grams per capsule, a female would need to take 62 capsules to get the suggested daily 25 grams of fiber and men would need to take 87 capsules per day to get their 35 grams. Not that all fiber should come from a supplement, but these are so low- what's the point.Don't waste your money on this nearly fiberless "fiber" supplement; either choose foods higher in fiber or a better supplement. I found some good tasting chewables that have 6 grams per chewable wafer for less than half the cost of these.

Great product, I have diverticulitis,, I take 3 pills before bed along with 2 caprylic acid pills to combat yeast in the gut.. After an hour of being up in the A. M. I get relief.. I have also added virgin coconut oil pills.. I am truly amazed.. I went from irregular to regular in a week.. A true blessing..
