I got this very recently. It's lightweight and doesn't look like much but incredibly efficient at peeling veggies. I tried it on a tomato just to see if it could peel the thin skin and it actually did. If it stays as sharp after long term use then it's definitely worth it.Be very careful when you wash it, if you run your thumb along the blade it's easy to cut yourself - using an abrasive material would dull the blade so hand wash it but move your thumb lightly across the blade rather than along it.

This peeler is shaky and loose when I peel. I read the rave reviews at amazon.com and bought it. But I am not able to use it as I am used to peeling with other awesome peelers which do the job quickly and efficiently.
