Perfect for patio cleaning & edging, compatible with Bosch electric AFS 23-37
An excellent product that is perfect for cleaning up the patio, sidewalks and edges of the lawn. But what I like more about this product is the maturity of the mgmt in packaging and positioning it. It comes with two adapters, one with 6 teeth and another with 10 teeth, which provides compatibility with almost all the leading brush cutters on the market. Unlike some of the competition, that is not only more expensive, but also positions their products as incompatible with Bosch and Stihl(two of the leading brands in the market), this product from HAUSPROFI fits very well with the electric AFS 23-37. The slightly longer brushes with sufficient spacing in-between, ensures that the brushes don't ram into one another's wires while rotating, in-turn increasing the longevity of the product. Made of good quality steel, the brush feels quite firm and stable during operation at 9000rpm due to it's well balanced weight. After using it extensively for about 2-3 weekends, the brush wires are still as good as new; and the patio / sidewalks of the house are sporting a fresh clean look with no apparent scratches/damages to the surface, when used with similar finesse to using a line trimmer.

Does the job very well.
Important:- these are ONLY FOR PERTOL STRIMMERS NOT ELECTRIC ONES! I've seen people complaining they don't fit electric ones so just to make you aware before you buy one. I've been using these for the last 3/4 years. You can see from my photos the very good finish you can expect, (obviously i dont use it on the bushes ect). I can't use weedkiller because of my dog, these work great but you need to know a couple of things. 1)Get rid of any stones or debris as they become missiles if the strimmer hits them, including dog crap, as it will send it spraying everywhere....its not happend to me, but i bet someones recived a good coating because they didnt clean up first. 2) Obviously without chemical treatment the weeds will grow back. 3) Using this as I do on hard/paved floor will wear the disk out, the more pressure you push down with, the faster it will wear out. Using it mainly on grass/soil areas it will last a great deal longer than it does for me. 4) Using this on paved areas as I do, expect an occasional shower of sparks on contact with the ground, so keep it away from the petrol for the strimmer or anything that's highly combustible, also the friction obviously causes heat so let it cool before handling, it can also get very sharp points at the edge so be careful. 7) Due to the power of my strimmer, if I make contact with my stone border or wall it will give a decent 'kickback', so again, just be careful. 6) Get the kids, pets and any idiots well out of the way while you use it, I've no doubt in the hands of a complete moron this could cause a lot of dammage, kust as any powerful garden tool could. Just use your common sense, take reasonable care, and it should be OK. Personally I've never had any problems. It's a good piece of kit, I just wish mine would last longer, but that's because of how I use it, and the area/size of my garden. I've tried different makes and I get about the same amount of time/useage out if them. You can see my dog in the last photo surveying my work, he was so impressed he took a dump in the bushes and not on the paved area as not to ruin my hard work...... 👌, bless his icicle paws! Hope this helps.

A good tool
Strong and well made and subsequently a bit heavy, but does exactly what you would expect of a rotary wire brush. Ideal for clearing weeds off the patio. Used it quite a bit now and it's still going strong. On the down side, it threw a stone through the conservatory first time I used it. So good quality PPE is essential.

Good but be careful.
Used on my brushcutter and does a fairly decent job of clearing moss, weeds and accumulated detritus from paths but wears away quite quickly. Be aware of the odd wire pinging off at high speed amongst the debris and be advised to wear substantial boots when using as alot of the debris hits your feet. Overall, not bad but there may be better quallity / longer lasting / less expensive versions out there.

Would not recommend.
Not impressed with it at all. Looking at all the videos using simular cutters it looks so effective. However In my experience, as soon as you're up against some thick weeds the cutter gets knotted up and stops. It's very heavy and is difficult to control. Also the cards which shows a small picture of how the bits go together isn't very clear. I ended up improvising with my existing strimmer parts. I used it for about 2 minutes before I gave up and the wires already look worn. I've now removed it and reverted back to my plastic string. Would not recommend.

It doesn't fit all strimmer's.
I've given it 5 stars because it's done a great job of cleaning my moss covered crazy paving path. But in order to do it I had to go Nd buy the right sort of strimmer.

Best attachment I have used
Cleared all the moss from our 50m drive before being destroyed, however its not designed for block paving and wore away quickly. Positive: Best thing I have used for the drive (and I have tried a few) so ordered another 4. Next test are the brambles at the back of our house, which is what they are designed to do. Highly recommended product.

Clear instructions on assembly.
Looks like a very good, well made product. Haven't attached to my petrol grass strimmer because the small paper with directions is not good. The directions on how to fit should be printed clearly on an A4 sheet.
