Great Supply
These are great supplies. I have two of them now.

Works, but out of calibration.
I would give this 5 stars, but it arrived and was marked 2019. Now I have to pay to get it calibrated as I've measured it to be consistently 5mv off, much worse than its specified 1mV resolution. If I'm going to spend extra to get this unit over the X-E, I would expect it to arrive calibrated.

Buyers are missing the point of the specs!
Take the Amazon ads with a grain of salt! You need to carefully read the specifications FROM THE MANUFACTURER! While this PSU boasts of 1mV resolution, that has nothing to do with ACCURACY! the resolution comes from the dial settings, and you can PROGRAM the output to 12.001V. That's all the RESOLUTION spec is saying. The spec you want is READBACK ACCURACY, which is clearly given for the SPD3303X as "Voltage±(0.03% of reading+10mV)", which when compared to other bench-grade power supplies, isn't terribly bad. That said, can you simply adjust the calibration pots inside the unit? Not really; and certainly not without affecting the calibration at other voltage levels. Calibration is done at specific voltage/current levels, so tweaking the output slightly, to match your (probably uncalibrated) meter is a bad idea, and will likely throw off the linearity of the PSU's display.

Excellent
I debated purchasing this version SPS3303X and the less expensive SPS3303x-e. After researching both, I decided on the more expensive version because of the extra resolution. Spending a little more was well worth it for me. I like how quiet this DC power supply is, even under heavy load. The power supply came undamaged and was packaged very well. It was fitted in a very thick cardboard box, sandwiched in heavy duty styrofoam that gives the impression of it floating in the box. There were a couple of dents in the cardboard box, which caused no damage to the power supply. I’ve had the power supply for a few weeks now, I’ve used it everyday with no issues whatsoever. That’s all I want from equipment like this, just work. Would I recommend this power supply? Absolutely yes. If you decide to make the purchase I guarantee you will wonder why you did not do this earlier, it is that useful.

Not calibrated properly
This arrived yesterday from Curcuit Specialists. The calibration cert date is Nov 2022... so just recently. Look at the pics I attached. No matter where I set the channel #1 V it shows it is supplying 6 mV under (see pic) .. but my DMM shows 5mV higher then setting. An 11mV difference!!!I contacted Siglent and the support rep had no idea what the OUT number was supposed to represent but didnt feel ot was anything to be concerned about. But again... he didn't know what thia number was supposed to be. Ugh.So I contacted Curcuit Specialists whom thought it was fine, but agreed the values swinging with +- 12mV range was not good. So..... they offered to replace it... but I have to fill out a 3 page form and pay for return shipping!!!!! NOT GOOD SUPPORT!
