I have been looking for a 3-ply kadhai for a while and after browsing through a lot I bought this 24 cm Vinod Kadhai and I am very happy with my purchase. The quality is very good, handles don’t get hot, food doesn’t stick at all and very easy to clean. The lid isn’t 3-ply but you don’t need one to be. Highly recommended.

A good pot, lovely weight and food grade steel means i am not worried about replacing it for a long time. The outside polish though gets stained straight away if you are a curry cooker. Tip : use a gentle sponge with pink stuff paste ( only on the outside) to keep it shiny and “clean” looking. Over all very happy and i will HIGHLY recommend getting this wok, well worth it.

Just love the quality of the product. The heat distribution is even and works very well. The only suggestion will be to not warm the wok in high flame, rather work the temperature up to avoid food getting stuck on it. Yes, this is non stick and you need to use oil or oil spray to get going.

What a wonderful pan, wok this is. Cooks meals very well , stir fry, curries, chilli whatever you want. Best thing is the cleaning. So blinking easy with nothing ever sticking to the pan, amazingly good. The value for money is also excellent. Made up with this item , makes cooking easier and more pleasurable. Fairly deep pan so would probably serve 3 to 4 people in my opinion.

This bit of kit is just brill .. looks fab and real quality .. took a little bit of time to get to me but was more than worth the wait and I have christened it in my kitchen already .. anyone who loves cooking .. get one of these ..

A very impressive piece of cooking kit. Very solid and well made. The temperature (in our case, by gas) is evenly spread. This wok saucepan cooks a mean stir fry. Highly recommended.
