Serious Steel Fitness 32" Resistance Training Bands (Portable Exercise Band System Training Bands- Great for Individuals Under 5'10")

I've been using resistance bands for 20 years. These are top quality, durable, and have held up to some brutal workouts. Highly recommended.

If you are 5’6” these are the perfect bands for nearly every exercise. Instead of standing overhead press, just do seated overhead press. Deadlifts when done with a shorter bar provide a challenge. Highly recommended.

I got these to use with my X3 system. I’m only 5’7 and the longer 41” bands are sometimes too long depending on which exercise I’m doing. These bands helps me have more tension however they can be too short for some exercises. That does not take away the quality of build . These things are the real deal and will humble you. Serious Steel just released 37” bands that should fill the gap between sizes. All in all excellent product!

I workout with the Harambe system, I've worked out for years with various methods & tools, I did a lot with bands, had & used many different brands. Serious Steel bands make some of the best bands. The 32" bands make Deadlift, Bench Press & Triceps Press & Belt Bulgarian Split Squat so much more productive. Highly recommended their products!

It should be longer but the resistance is okay for my knee’s replacement.

Perfect for chest presses

I previously use 41 inch loop bands, and 5’9” these bands have resistance very early, I’m probably on the higher end for use of these bands but they are damn effective

Serious Steel has such good quality bands. With the different lengths I have actually switched mostly to using bands rather than weights and have actually gained muscle using them, which surprised me after weightlifting for over 40 years. Pair this with a good short bar and you have a gym you can take anywhere. This one was a replacement band for one I had previously, but that band was used for 4 workouts a week for a year and a half before it started showing wear and tear.
