I am using the cuffs for last two weeks and found the pair easy to strap before exercising and no problem in unstrapping after exercises.

Welcro quality very inferior

The welcro straps threads come out in one use and also strands from rough part of welcro start falling on the floorOverall product is Ok but if welcro is of such inferior quality then welcro will get damaged in 6 months of daily use and product will be useless
