Works miracles on whites
I ordered this as a last resort to clean up my uniform jacket. It is a delicate white, dry-clean only fabric that was provided for me at my place of work. The problem was that I dye my hair dark every two weeks and every time I wear it, the dye would bleed into the white, which made me very nervous at the thought of my boss or anyone noticing it and thinking that I was careless with it. I took it to get dry cleaned as the instructions indicated but they were not cleaning it enough to get rid of the dark stains, saying those could not be removed. I bought this when I was desperate: a coworker who had the same problem told me to soak the blazer in bleach, which I did. This also did not work and merely damaged the fabric a tiny bit.So after getting this in the mail, I sprayed it generously all over the stains and pretty much everywhere inside and out to see if it substantially cleaned the fabric. (Note: If you read the label on the oxi-clean bottle it will tell you to not use it on dry-clean only materials but I decided to take a risk because of how dirty my jacket looked.) I kept applying the spray throughout the day to not let it dry on the blazer, for an entire day. The next day, the jacket looked just as dirty, which didn't surprise me. But when I soaked it in warm water to get the spray off and came back about a half hour later to rinse it, I was ASTOUNDED! All of the dye that had bled on my work jacket was completely gone. And I mean COMPLETELY. After this all I had to do was hang it up and air dry it. I was basically jumping up and down because I couldn't believe it! And these were marks that the dry cleaner told me were permanently stained onto the jacket. Not to mention it did not damage it at all, unlike the bleach. Wish I had used this sooner. I will definitely be purchasing this product again!

Better Than Bleach
OxiClean Max Force Laundry Stain Remover, 12 oz. Trigger Spray Bottle - I like this stain remover better than bleach or other stain removers because 1) the nozzle is adjustable 2) no color fade or accidental spots when it gets on darker colors 3)starts working almost immediately. I didn't expect this to happen, but once got hair dye on a cloth shower curtain which I was going to wash later but the dye dissolved, disappeared before I even took the curtain down. I use this, pre-wash, and removed blueberry, wine, dried blood, chocolate, ink stains without pre-soaking. I spray it a couple times into the washer as the water fills and add detergent (usually less than recommended) and my clothes come out without fading and very clean. I spray it directly on dirty white socks before throwing them in the washer and they come out totally white (as long as they were white to begin with). I don't have to use as much as I have with other sprays - and everything comes out clean. The only thing it did not remove was nail polish. I use the regular OxiClean when it's just dirt, but Max Force gets out some stains that I never expected to come out. It works even better if you catch the stain immediately after it happens.

Miracle Spray (for lazy laundry people like me)
I am shocked by how well this works. Even if you accidentally let the stain set or dry, this spray will (most likely) still remove it. I just spray it on the spot, let it sit for a few hours, then throw it in the wash. You don't need to scrub at it or work any special magic to get the stain out- the spray alone does the job.So far, for me, this stain has removed chocolate, pasta sauce, makeup, ketchup and even wine!I hate laundry and this spray is a a MIRACLE for lazy laundry people like me.

Great product
I started using this in place of bleach (don't get me wrong, I love bleach but I hated having to wait for a white load to pile up before I could wash them). This way, I can throw a stained item into any regular load I'm doing (and without finding that mischievous bleach stain that always seem to appear on my purple tee or my black sweatshirt after I use bleach -- how the heck did that get there?). If I'm not washing a stain immediately, I usually squirt some on before wash day then do another squirt as it goes in the washer. Until recently, it worked to perfection, but I recently discovered my trick doesn't work too well on blood stains (not a usual occurrence to have blood stains). Or set-in rust stains. Pale shadows of the stains were left behind, thus only 4 stars. But it's still a great product for all my other stains and I never let it run out of stock in my laundry room. Great price, too, if you use Subscribe and Save.

Better than other types . . .
I have purchased many different types of stain remover sprays over the years - yes, brand names like Shout and Spray -n- Wash, but also store brands. None seem to work as well as the Oxi Clean type. The max force works the best of any I have tried. Most of the time, probably 95%, it will even get out old, set-in stains. Here's one example - I had a fleece sweatshirt that was a periwinkle blue. Unfortunately I guess I washed it with something that leaked some red dye and out of all the clothes, it was the only piece that came out with these weird "pink" spots. I loved the shirt, though, and didn't want to give it up, so it hung in the closet for a while. One day I decided to spray it with this max force stain remover spray just to see what it would do - nothing else had worked. Lo and behold, the shirt came out exactly as it looked when I first bought it - entirely periwinkle blue! No pinkish spots anywhere to be seen. That sold me on this stain remover spray!
