I just received my second bottle. I've taken a few weeks to do a review so I was sure I gave the product a fair time to notice a difference. Really didn't need a few weeks. Within a few days I noticed that I woke up refreshed and not tired. No more dragging myself through mid-afternoon to dinner time. Energy level is climbing. Concentration is coming back, skin is improving. The last time I went for blood work my thyroid reading fell into what my Dr. likes to say is within normal range. Well, everyone has a point that they feel best and I was not my best. I decided on my own to try this and I am curious to see that the next point in the "normal range" is. I mix the droppers into OJ or Cherry juice in the morning. The taste is not bad at all. If I minded it I would just add it to something strongly flavored and chug it. I finish my mixture by the time my drive to work is done. Easy.....

Got this a couple of days ago -only for it to be expired. It appears that the expiration date was blotted out in green marker. However, underneath, it clearly says "Expired 9/2023". Very disappointed.

Don’t think it’s doing anything and the taste is DISGUSTING :( I don’t recommend.

I think it gives me more energy and less temperature sensitive. I wish it tasted a little better but the results are worth it.
