Q: What is thread count on cover

Not sure about the actual thread count but it feels quite thick and good quality. I have it in a Egyptian cotton quilt cover so it doesn’t make too much difference.

Q: has anyone washed it before use? How does it manage when washed in washing machine? Does it keeps shape and pockets are still well distributed?

I've only had it a month or so, so haven't needed to wash it yet but I'd have thought it would be good.
