For what it does, the camera is fine. It's basic, it's straight forward and in terms of use, its biggest flaw is that its too narrow. But, this is something I'm used to due to the fact I have big hands, few items are large enough to satisfy my needs. The stabilization is its biggest fault, though some of that could simply be lacking skill on the user's part! The zoom is functional, but feels kind of awkward in usage. Still, overall its a decent entry camera for the price tag.One thing of note, and its not a knock on the camera itself, but a number of Kodak cameras sat in storage for a long time due to covid and the batteries died as a result. If your battery won't charge, don't immediately assume its the camera. See if it works while plugged into a computer or a wall socket. If you can still take pictures, then its possibly just a defective battery. Contact Kodak directly and let them know, because its a known issue. They were nice and prompt about getting me a replacement battery.

Like - quickly comfortable with using the basic features.The only issue so far is that the SECOND picture shows 4 AA batteries. I wanted a camera that used 4 alkaline or better AA batteries. That was the big selling point for me. Nope - uses LB-060 rechargeable. Not something you would find in Walmart. The SECOND picture is deceiving. Fix it for others.

Bought this camera set for my 12yo son's birthday - he loves it, and has been using it like crazy! I love that it's got way more features than a "point and shoot" camera, giving him the opportunity to learn about the technical side of photography without mom & dad breaking the bank. The accessories are nice too, he's been playing with the table tripod & zoom to get cool wildlife shots. This seems to be a serious enough camera for a beginner/hobbyist, and we can always upgrade later if he develops a real desire to go pro-level. Good camera at a reasonable price point!

I liked this camera when I first got it, but the more I tried to love it…I just couldn’t. My iPhone takes better pictures. This reminds me of the digital camera from a few years ago. I sent it back :(

Only giving a 3 star review as this did not come with a charger for the battery. Tried charging with the USB cord that came with it but that doesn't charge the battery. Ended up having to.out out more money to buy a battery charger. It came with every other accessory but not the charger. I would prefer something that charges the battery.
