I don’t think so, no. I did it with two 8/9 year-olds who absolutely loved it and my 11-year-old said that she felt she would’ve liked one too so as long as the child likes creative, this is a really good bet. If anything I’d suggest the older the child is the neater the end result will be and the longer it will take them to do it.
