My mother gets bloating from so many foods but she adds these and it's reduces her bloating massively, and they are so cheap and such basic packing.

A good source of the bacillus probiotic
I take a probiotic which contains about 20 strains of “good” bacteria but did not contain bacillus . So I bought these to top up. These ones are a lot less expensive than some others and I hope they remain so in which case I will continue to buy
