Bought this product after reading several positive reviews. As recommended by the company and other reviewers, I set out to test this product by placing a tissue within the bag and subsequently submerging the product under water for approximately 10 minutes. Unfortunately, both times I tested this product the tissue (as can be seen in my attached pictures) became wet in multiple parts. This illustrates that water managed to leak into the bag. Had it been a phone, the consequences would have been much more severe! I am awaiting to hear back from their customer service.Hence, I have had no choice but to award 1 star given this product is faulty / does not achieve its intended purpose.

Perfect bit of kit, can’t fault it. Bought to use in the hot tub and works a treat. Typing this message now from said hot tub! Excellent for the price. Highly recommend.

Cannot use the phone when it’s in the case.iPhone 11 is really difficult to get in. Lanyard needs padding as it cuts into your neck. Not fit for purpose.

Steems up in when slight change in temperature, didn't get water in it but doesn't seem very secure, apart from that good quality and looks like the picture.
