Seems to be working. even after a bit of a messy start.
When first opening the tube, several inches of the product was very watery in consistency, it just dripped every where, and refused to adhere to the cleaned surface.After that it did turn a lot thicker, i managed to seal the the opening on the soot flap on our Rayburn Stove. The sealant seems to have worked, I lit the fire with no leakage of any fumes or smoke from the sealed area.So far so good.
