ColumbiaMen's Rebel Roamer Rain Pant

These work as intended. My legs are bone dry even in torrential downpours. The fit is nice - I wear a women's 4 or 6 usually and the men's small fits over jeans with plenty of room left over. These pants aren't too loud, as rain pants go, but you're not going to be sneaking up on any critters in them. That might be a good thing, depending on why you are skulking around in the rain to begin with.

Good quality but they were massive

These are perfect and completely waterproof. We survived a super super wet day of rain at Disneyland. My husband was able to sit down in a pool of water on the small world ride and not get wet.

Great fit in waist and length, but you can't cinch up the ankle openings nearly enough.

I just got these in time for our latest storm. The Roamer Pants are simple, no frills pants. They don’t have pockets, side vents, front closure, ankle zippers, or anything. Just a garterband waist and a draw string. I live in LA and will probably use them three or four times a year when I walk my dog in the rain (she’s a lab and doesn’t seem to notice when it’s raining other than everything smells interesting), so these pants weren’t expensive and fit my needs just fine. I like that they come in multiple inseams too. I wear 31/30 jeans, and bought these in a small/30.

I can only describe this product in one word awesome...Awesome. Funny thing is I found the top at a GoodWill in extremley good condision.
