The key to masking fluid....work before it dries, plan your coverage in advance. Know that once opened, the air left in the container hardens the first skimmed layer. It helps a bit to bleed off some of the air leaving the container a bit concave. But these products have a short shelf life in my experience.

I like Vallejo Paints and also have been looking for a blue for weapons.This color is perfect for that.Either pure or treated with shadingI recommend it.

Vallejo is Always a Safe Bet
Ice Yellow is a fantastic and super useful color. The paint itself is a little chalkier than what I’m used to from Vallejo, so make sure you adequately thin it down.
