Very Happy with purchase, Brought back many memories from the past. Only negative is the batteries do not kast long and die out quickly.

Although beautiful, I'm stumped as to why it sucks up batteries like crazy! We live in an old home with a dearth of outlets, so when we found this classic ceramic tree in a battery-operated model we were thrilled! It's very pretty and festive, but it goes through 3 AAA batteries in a matter of hours. Generally we would light it in the evening, but reduced that only to weekend evenings due to the number of batteries it burned through. We have other Christmas decorations that twinkle, rotate, flash - none of them come close to using the juice this one does.

Got this for my sister for Christmas, she loved it. Brought back memories of when we were little kids. Her children loves it too since it played music. She was glad it was battery operated since she can put it anywhere in the house without needing to find a plug outlet.

Grandma's cozy apartment in assisted living was sadly lacking Christmasy decor until this sweet little 12" tree arrived. The aide can click on the 6-hour-timed switch and it will provide a festive look. Well packaged and only required putting the star on top and batteries in the bottom. Secure and stable so it should survive several seasons.

Our daughter has a small apartment and no room for a tree so I bought her this one - she loved it! Really cute and packaged well.
