Best Self Massager for Your Neck with Multiple Trigger Points for Pain Relief

I’ve tried so many plastic-y devices from Amazon over the years, that id given up hope. I’m 53 w/ chronic neck pain. I just started yoga (which is great, helps w/ pain - try it!), but sometimes being a yoga-noob, it can cause some temporary increased neck pain/muscle stiffness after the workout. Well, this design of massagers gets right into the occipital head/neck are, right in the middle - the sweet spot where your neck is ropey and stiff and painful. It HAS to be this design (with the 3 balls, 3rd one located in the middle, not the 2 balls on each side), if you want to get to the center of your neck. You can also flip it around to get the sides of your neck. It seems sturdy enough if used normally. Definitely worth every penny! I feel like this design should be the dominant one on amazon, not the 2 balls only on each side. The key is that ball in the middle. Thats where the magic happens!

If you have long hair, be sure to make sure it’s up out of the way before use. It was awkward at first only because I’ve never used anything like this but I love how I adjust the amount of pressure I want. I hold so much stress in my neck and shoulders and this is great for that!

This product has good intentions but careful how you use it around your neck area! It can easily slip and compress your carotid artery! Unfortunately their are not instructions or warnings in the package.It's a effective neck muscle reliever but don't do it for too long! When using it on the neck hold the Handle as close as possible near the massage-balls(lol) to avoid slipping.

Being in an accident in 2012, I buy a range of different products tying to help with pain. My thoughts on this product.Pros:*Its very durable product, not flimsy or cheap*The concept is good*Light weight, easy to use*Comes ready to use no installationCons:*The attached rollers don’t move*You'd have to put some form of oil because the rollers get stuck on you skin*Concept is good if the roller balls spinfor better massageI give it a 1 out of 2 thumbs up. 👍 It just didn’t work for me. If you find a roller ball that rotates you’d have a better product

I’m a barber and I’m on my feet all day, bending over to do shaves, etc… I started to experience a lot of neck pain and a numb burning sensation from my shoulder up the left side of my neck. Ever since I’ve been using this my neck has been great! Great purchase.

That third ball in the middle makes it a little uncomfortable. If u take it off, the plastic piece juts out and pokes you. Other than that. It's magnificent.
