I am a hardcore sprinter and these spikes are perfect! they are lightweight, but strong. They fit perfectly into my Nike track shoes (idk what model). I love that you can get colors too! I used so many of these and every time they worked wonderfully. My friends would always come up to me with flat spike and change their out because they liked mine better! Truly great value for money! Great buy! I will be repurchasing for next season!
