This was quite the find! I could not be happier with the product which was very good quality and fit perfectly to my window seat. I bought one to see if I'd like the quality and color. It arrived and was perfect. When I went to order the second I made an error in my measurements. The seller caught my mistake, contacted via email thru Amazon and clarified what I needed. I received the second I've got my other room and both are perfect. Service alone deserves 5 stars and the product quality matches. Nice fabric, well made, I asked for the rubber backing so it won't slide, all was perfect! Mostly my dog sits on it so I only got 2 inches thick but when I sit with him it's very firm but comfy.

Everything about this bench cushion is 5 stars. Excellent quality fabric, sunbrella generic fabric without the sunbrella price tag. Excellent quality foam insert. Excellent sewing. Attention to detail. Exact fit. And let's not forget the great price and speedy turnaround. Don't hesitate. Just buy what you need. Huge choice of colors. And the seller is fabulous.

Firm cushion and pillows, the fabric is of good quality and craftsmanship. I washed everything with cold water and hung to dry. Everything was made to the specifications. It fit exactly. Picture included (that's sunlight streaming there down the middle).

We wanted to upgrade the cushions for the glider on our back porch. We saw these and were really impressed with the options, styles, and customizations available. The original cushions that came with the glider were too thin and consisted of four separate cushions that would move around, leave gaps, with the end result being a pain in the butt. So, for these cushions we went with the 5" foam and went with two large cushions. We also got two matching pillowcases to finish it off. The cushions are very firm and supportive. No more sinking in and feeling the frame of the seat. The quality and workmanship are outstanding. Sturdy stitching and full-length zippers, even on the pillowcases. There is a huge increase in comfort, appearance, and quality over the original cushions. The wife and daughter are thrilled as they spend a lot of time on the porch, and this makes the experience much more comfortable and enjoyable. The customer service was stellar as well. There was a small mix up with shipping the matching pillowcases, but they stayed on the case (pun intended) and even reached out and confirmed that we did receive them. They are a great finishing touch for the glider and were a big reason we bought from this vendor. All in all, we couldn't be happier.

10 Stars if I could. I just got this custom cushion today and amazed and delighted do not even cover how happy I am with this. I received the communication from the company right away to confirm my measurements and I agreed that they were correct. I was WRONG. I notified the company again and they modified the measurements for me at no additional charge (I did let them know within a couple of hours that I had made a mistake). It would have been appropriate for them to charge me as this was my error. The finished product is some of the best I’ve experienced in a long time. The quality, the workmanship, the attention to details (like hiding the zipper pull, I’ve never seen that before) was incredible. I was very pleased with the color match from the design choices offered. I immediately took it out of the sealed bag and it puffed up at once. I will definitely use this vendor again should I need any future custom pillows or seats. Thank you for making it super easy to work with this company!!!! Use them, you will not be disappointed.

The cushion was made to the exact measurements I gave. Looks good, decent quality. My only complaint is that it was shipped with the zipper only halfway zipped shut. This cushion is almost 6 feet long and the zipper was zipped halfway to where it snagged. I thought I was going to have to send it back but finally I was able to free the zipper and it works fine. Looked like someone tried to zip it shut, ran into the issue and just shipped it snagged like that. (It’s the black swing cushion in the pic... pillows not from this seller.)

Ordered some custom cushions for our kitchen nook, came out exactly how we wanted! The quality is great and the customer service is exceptional. Would order from this seller again. These cushions are so comfortable I've fell asleep on them after eating dinner. After opening package just gave it some time to air out and form into the original shape and it's good to go! We chose these cushions to replace the uncomfortable, thin cushions that came with our day-bed. Previously we could feel the hard structure of the furniture beneath the cushions. We chose 4 inch cushions, which might have been overkill, but are definitely very comfortable. The foam in these cushions is much more dense that what we had before, so maybe we could have just got 2 or 3 inch cushions and still been comfortable. It does feel quite deluxe having such thick cushions. The grip works well to stop the cushions sliding. The cushions were packaged rolled in vaccum bags, surprisingly compact compared to their unrolled size. No piping or ties, classic linen red, 4 inches thick, anti-slip grip on bottom. Measurements were true to size and fit great.

I rarely leave reviews but seeing as this was a bespoke order which I was really pleased with I thought I should! Very pleased with how these turned out. The cushions are firm but comfy, really nice and thick and made to the exact specifications I gave. The seller contacted me quickly to check measurements and whether I wanted a non-stick bottom (I did, but hadn’t requested it) and the turnaround was fairly swift. Very competitively priced too.
