I use these balls approx 10 min in the evening while I am watching TV. I soon began to realize that when I came home from work at nite my feet weren’t hurting the way they used to. The price was very reasonable, and they arrived within just a few days. I am very pleased with this purchase.

I had my doubts about this very violent looking ball and how it was going to help with plantar fasciitis. Well I used it on my bad foot for only 2 minutes. Without having to use excess pressure and just moving naturally, I can’t believe how wonderful it felt and I just had this feeling of wow this thing can really help in the deep tissues of my foot. It is just firm enough, and I can tell the effectiveness will not be short lived. It is just the right size and shape that can cover the entire bottom sole of where the problem lies. I would pay $20 for this LOL. It is a good value and will last a long time. If you have doubts, just buy it anyway. When I first saw it I thought it was going to be so painful to use but I was wrong. A great purchase!

These were used on my feet and felt soooo good. At first it is hard to to do but afterwards my feet feel so good!

These were marketed as being different consistencies, but they are all the same. Only differentiating feature between them is color.

I've bought others of these, larger size. I love the size of these. Great product.

This took over 6 weeks to arrive. I got is as a stocking stuffer for my husband and it came in late January. It's super hard with no give at all so it's painful to use. Piece of junk
