ESS Eyewear CDI MAX Sunglasses Black

Love the glasses, have had cdi for years - will be getting more lenses in the future.Thought the max may be too big as I have a more narrow oval then round head. For great and cover better for shooting.

These are fantastic eye protectors. I call them that because they are more than simple sunglasses. They make wonderful shooting glasses as well. Lenses are thick and strong polycarbonate with no distortion in any direction you look. They grip your face without any pressure spots and do not move whatever you're doing. They also have some real design flair to them. I've gotten multiple positive comments about them from females when I wear them. These glasses were designed for military eye protection and are very popular with our GIs over in the Mideast. I highly recommend them. Most men will need the MAX size. Most women will do better with the medium size.

I ordered these over 3 years ago. I live sunglasses and I also work in hazardous environments. My first experience with ESS was in Iraq. Now I did not care for the issued sunglasses but I did like like the goggles I was issued. Still have 2 pairs. Still not sure how I acquired 2 pairs but do have them both. As for the CDI Max.. I have a smaller face so these might be too big for me. They came with 2 sets of lenses. Both dark and clear I need both for when I am on a work site. I am often on oil refineries and it can get hot so these are perfect as they are not too bulky. The rubber tips that hold to your head do slip off and will need to be replaced. These glasses are much like oakleys but at a cheaper price. But I do believe Oakley is the parent company now. That should show the quality of these glasses. If you have a larger face or head and need multi purpose glasses these are the route to go.

Item received exactly as described and it great time. The glasses fit and feel great so I'm extremely please with this purchase. It's been hard to find a decent pair of sunglasses that aren't cheap but that you don't have to pay an arm & leg for like other well known brands. I'm glad I took the time to do some research and equally glad that I found them through Amazon at about half the retail price.
