It was recommended to me to protect my wooden floor. All parts are easy to assemble, they fit perfectly, the mop is very sturdy. Pads are wide and collect all the dust even from underneath the furniture. Is very easy to use the spray and the solution dryes quick leaving now mark.

This is a super floor spray mop, which is very easy to assemble and use and I thoroughly recommend using on any type of floor. No more sopping wet floors and mops! Just a little disappointed that the package only contained one cleaning fluid bottle, as I expected to receive a separate one containing the cleaning fluid, however, there was just the one bottle containing the cleaning fluid. Still, I'm very happy with the product although I would recommend purchasing separate cleaning pads so you always have a spare one for those time when you have those unexpected spillages. Enjoy!

There is a know problem with the cartridge that holds the liquid in that after a couple of sprays it no longer works - I eventually contacted Bona and that's when I found out they knew about the problem. Bona should have been proactive in contacting a major outlet such as Amazon and recalling their 'premium' product. I don't doubt my spray mop will be fine once I receive the new cartridge from Bona but it has been both frustrating and very disappointing. They even wanted to see proof of purchase prior to sending out the replacement for their faulty part!

Brought this for cleaning the wooden oak floors in the house. Very good product..doesn't dull the wood at all and cleans very well. Recommend

Great mop for my bamboo flooring.Previous version lasted me 4 years so hopefully new version will also last this long.Loving the smooth grip on the handle, the spraying is wider, the bottle detach and reattach features is easier, the pad and cloth fit better.As old Bona needed changing, I’ve searched the market and haven’t found a better mop than a Bona; although some negative comments from others made me a little skeptic but I knew my old Bona was great so just bought the new version and I am happy I did.Loving it!

Fault 1. This mop does not have a rubber grip on the handle, so if you stand it against a wall it is prone to slipping. Mine slipped and landed on a wooden floor. The handle cracked. Less than 2 weeks old.Fault 2. The plastic is too brittle. I don't believe it shouldn't have cracked owing to such a minor fall onto such a surface.Fault 3. The head/pad is so large (18") that it is really hard to push it over a wooden floor. This large size is marketing as a selling point with claims of making cleaning 40% faster - but not if you are breaking out in a sweat and need to take breaks! I found the size made it unpleasant to use. A real chore.
