Used this SURFOU wireless doorbell for nearly a year before switching to a Tapo, and it was perfect—waterproof, worked flawless in rain, 1000ft range reached my garden no issue, and 58 chimes with five volume levels suited every mood. Easy plug-in setup, battery lasted ages. Solid build, never missed a visitor. Worth it for a dependable, cheap doorbell!

It works, it was easy to install its doorbell. The receiver, the one that makes the sound, it has a clear sound. We haven’t gone through the ring tone selection, because we are happy with the first one. My neighbours commented on the item’s good price. We have rarely any electricity cuts on our area, so it suits us. Yes, it looks good. Very satisfied.

Great item to replace a failed mains power doorbell without wrecking the place and faffing around trying to get tiny BT phone wires to stay in place in screw down connectors. Pretty simple to set up although you do have to work your way through all the amusing ring tones to get to something that won't send the dog into a flat spin! Worked first time out of the box. My only small criticism is that the bell rings after a power cut which of course always happens in the middle of the night....!

Would definitely repurchase Made purchase on 19 February 2023. Coming back now in December 2025 to see if batteries can be replaced. Thought I’d leave a review as well. It was very easy to use and easy to set up. Just stuck the bell onto our PVC door frame, then plugged one speaker in downstairs in the back kitchen and the other upstairs in the bedroom. My mum is hard of hearing and she CAN hear this. It does light up as well, although that feature is a bit meh for us as it isn’t plugged in somewhere that’s in direct view. Looks like they’ve changed the speaker slightly and added a logo in the middle — shame, as the sleek look before was better. Suppose it could be rubbed off. Main reason we bought it was because we didn’t want to drill anywhere, and the sticky pad provided was good. If I’d had issues, I would’ve left a negative review, but since I didn’t, I never bothered reviewing until now. Small negatives: Sometimes (not often) the button gets stuck The speaker plug takes up quite a lot of room on the socket — it’s quite wide and boxy, so you’ll need to plug something with a slim profile next to it You do have to get used to how loud the ring is — at first you have to listen carefully when someone comes round, but you get used to it Not sure how waterproof it is, as ours was slightly exposed to the elements, which may be why it didn’t quite last the full 3 years as stated Would definitely repurchase, reasonably priced.

Great quality and value

Good product. Main reason for writing the review is that I got helpful instructions from customer service showing how to pair bell-pushes (transmitters) with the receivers so that each transmitter produces a different ring tone on the 3 receivers. I now have my back door set to "ding-dong" and my front door to a barking dog sound (don't judge me: I let the 11-year-old choose). Instructions are below. A quick overall review is that this worked well for me. I have 2 transmitters and 3 receivers, and have them set up as above. Most of the ring tones are rather 1980s-naff (and slightly out of tune), but there are 2 or 3 that are OK (or, if you really want a slightly off-key tune, you're spoiled for choice). I can say nothing about longevity; only just installed. Here are those instructions (and credit to their response on my question). Note that by "rapidly press" they mean "press once, but within 8 seconds": Hello You now have Transmitter 1, Transmitter 2, Receiver 1, Receiver 2, and Receiver 3. Steps: 1. Clear the programme to re-pair. Clear the programme from the receiver by holding down the volume down button until you hear a ‘ding’ sound, indicating the programme has been cleared. Step 2: Pair Transmitter 1 simultaneously with Receiver 1, Receiver 2, and Receiver 3. 1. Briefly press the forward or backward button on the receiver to select your preferred track. The receiver will play the selected music. 2. Press and hold the Volume button on the receiver for approximately 8 seconds until it emits a ‘ding’ sound accompanied by LED flashing.. 3. Within 8 seconds, rapidly press the button on the transmitter. The receiver will then emit a ‘ding’ sound with LED flashing, indicating successful pairing. This learning mode lasts only 8 seconds before automatically exiting. Simultaneously hold the middle setting buttons on Receiver #1, Receiver #2, and Receiver #3 until you hear a ‘ding’ sound and the LED indicator flashes. Rapidly press Transmitter 1; the receiver will emit two beeps and the LED indicator will flash. This indicates successful pairing. The pairing mode will automatically exit after 8 seconds. Step 3: Pair Transmitter 2 with Receiver 1, Receiver 2, and Receiver 3 simultaneously. 1. Briefly press the forward or backward button on the receiver to select your preferred track. The receiver will play the chosen track.. 2. Press and hold the ‘Volume’ button on the receiver for approximately 8 seconds until it emits a ‘ding’ sound accompanied by LED flashing.. 3. Within 8 seconds, rapidly press the button on the transmitter. The receiver will emit a ‘ding’ sound and the LED will flash, indicating setup is complete. This learning mode lasts only 8 seconds before automatically exiting. Simultaneously hold down the central setup button on Receiver #1, Receiver #2, and Receiver #3 until you hear a ‘ding’ sound and the LED indicator flashes. Rapidly press Transmitter 2; the receiver will emit two beeps and the LED indicator will flash. This indicates successful pairing. The pairing mode will automatically exit after 8 seconds. It works properly it doesn't work on the second floor of my house but in the first floor all works loud and clear.

Leider war kein Adapter dabei oder es wurde die falsche Klingel geschickt. Schade!
