Great product
We bought these for a wedding gift, they are nicer than the pans we have owned for years. I like aluminum pans over the coated steel because they are easier to soak and clean if meatloaf or bread residue remains on them after baking. These are sturdy and thick.

Quality
Best baking pans I've ever purchased , better than the nonsense non stick pans out there , the release is so nice when baking bread ....

Pans are made well and works well in my convection oven/air fryer.

I love baking with Nordic Wear
The pans are lightweight and clean easily. The aluminum conducts heat easily and makes you feel like a kitchen pro. There are two of them in this set. They make an excellent gift or just to upgrade your own silicone or plain metal pans.

Perfect for pound cakes and quick breads!
(This review was composed by my spouse, a baker of over fifty years) I couldn't wait to test these pans for baking my pound cake and the result was amazing - perfectly golden brown cakes! I did grease them with Crisco (vegetable shortening) and floured them which permitted my pound cakes to come out without sticking! My darker pans produce a crust that is far too dark and unappetizing. Pound cake and quick breads such as banana bread require an oven time of approximately one hour and in my dark colored pans they get far too brown.I have not yet tested these Nordic pans for yeast dough loaves but I suspect my darker colored pans will be a better choice for those.I recommend hand washing and towel dry after use. These pans are sturdy and well made and I highly recommend them.

These pans are perfect for quick breads, but not so good for yeast breads.
Heavy, good quality pans. However, because of the insulating properties of the heavy pan they don't brown well, so yeast breads will never have good side/bottom crusts. If you prefer light, soft crust on your bread, these are good and they're perfect for quick breads.

Phenomenal, and huge bargain
I'd been using two of these forever and, when I needed to make four loaves instead of just two, got two more. They are every bit as perfect as the first set: awesome heat distribution, easily cleaned, lovely to look at. They are also almost stupidly inexpensive compared with the fancy-pants pans that if anything are markedly inferior.

Even baking, easy cleanup
I try to buy American made things and I do find there is a quality difference. These loaf pans are excellent! I'm using them primarily for meatloaf, and they bake up very evenly and release a meatloaf without it falling apart. The bottom and sides of course don't brown, but that doesn't matter to me. What matters to me a lot more is cleanup. These pans are easy to wash with soap and a soft dishcloth even if the mess is baked on. After many meatloaves my pans look like new. My pic shows one of my just-washed pans. Impressive, right? :D
