I ordered 3 of these as Christmas gifts for my friends dogs. They all turned out so cute, but unfortunately with the font I chose, the T in one of the names looked like a J. I was so bummed because otherwise they were perfect, so I reached out to the company and expressed my concern, they were beyond helpful and made a new one for me! They sent a new one immediately and now it's perfect! I was very impressed with their willingness to fix it and how fast they were, I would definitely recommend these and purchase more in the future! Sometimes a small thing can mean so much, and in this day and age having great customer service really means a lot!

I've bought from this seller 4 times now. 2 blankets and 2 pillows. The pillows are so soft. I had bought one for my sister in laws dog, and when it arrived I put it on the floor and my cat immediately got on it and laid down so obviously I had to buy one for him. I bought one blanket as a birthday present for my boss. They make amazing gifts for people like me who treat their pets like their children. Out of the 4 purchases only 1 was for myself, the other 3 were gifts. I will be making a 5th purchase for another blanket for my cat. Highly recommend this seller and their products!

I bought this mat for my 63# golden retriever. She is a therapy dog and visits libraries for reading with a dog programs. She likes to know where her "place" is. I brought it to the first visit since receiving it and she loved it. I got the L size and when she stretches out, it's a little small for her, but it works for the purpose it was bought for. The quality is great and the personalization is perfect! I'd absolutely recommend this and buy it again.

We all love this dog mat, including CoCo! Mom made this little house into CoCo's toy box, and she loves to go in and pick out her toys. She hides her treats in there, too! We have two other dogs in the house, and she protects her toys and treats! Mom wanted a door mat for CoCo's House! When I found this, I knew it would be perfect, and CoCo loves it! She lays here to play with her toys and to take her naps. We didn't think she'd take to it so fast, but it was immediate!
