The calcium is to keep my bones strong. The zinc is to keep me "bug" free.

certainly a good value but the bottle we received had many broken pills.it looks like there is no coating on the pills - maybe this batch was not manufactured well.I called the company a half dozen times and wrote to customer service but I have not received an answer yet as to why the pills were like that. I will probably buy them again but I will check other brands first when I run out.update - wrote to Best Naturals on ebay and am waiting for a final response to my inquiryupdate #2 - no response to phone or email inquiries - am switching brands

I bought these because I was tired of taking a handful of vitamins throughout the day. I already take other medications so it was a bit too much. With these Best Natural’s I am not only getting bone support but also zinc and other immune building ingredients as well.The only thing is, they are a quite large. Instead of taking all three at once, I spread them out through the day. If you have problems swallowing pills, I would not recommend these. But if size don’t bother you, then they are more then worth it! Especially for us older women that need that extra help to keep our bones strong.

I take these calcium magnesium zinc pills at bedtime. They’re the typical size which some people might find big but if you take these, you’re used to the size and they’re a tad larger but still ok to swallow for me at least. It is a very generous amount at a good price point. The only problem is there is a ton of powder and broken pieces. I only poured out a third of the bottle to show for a photo, but there is a lot in there which defeats the purpose but I can just take a couple pieces that would equal up to one piece at a time. Because it is such a good price point and amount, I would still give it four stars****UPDATED REVIEW*****After taking more of these calcium, magnesium, zinc pills, from so much powder of broken pieces as well as their size being enormous they just are not comfortable pills to swallow on a daily basis. Granite, this is such a big amount that I will have to finish it first, but then I will go back to a generic brand due to the size broken chalkiness, powdery condition of these they are huge!
