Es fácil de tragar , el producto venía completo y me ha ayudado desde que lo empece a tomar no me he enfermado , tenia mi sistema inmunológico muy bajo, el año pasado me enfermé de bronquitis 4 veces y en enero me dio bronquitis otra vez y busqué algún producto natural que me ayudara a subir mi sistema inmunológico y encontré a LINGZHI ULTRA leí buenas reseñas y lo compre lo empece a tomar 2 en la mañana me da energía y antes solo me la pasaba cansada ,dormía mucho y desde que las tomo eso cambio ho y también baje de peso y sigo bajando, y si me volví a enfermar de una gripe en febrero cuando lo estaba tomando pero solo me duro 2 semanas fue una gripe leve no tuve necesidad de ir al doctor, ahora donde vivo es tiempo de las alergias por el polen de los árboles y cada año me enfermaba y este año estoy muy bien , todavía no me termino mi primer bote y ya encargué otro para seguir tomando LINGZHI UlTRA espero que les sea de ayuda mi reseña , estoy muy feliz con los resultados

A friend was talking about all the health benefits of mushrooms, a fact that most people are aware of. I can use the extra B vitamins that come with the territory. I don’t often cook mushrooms, but sometimes pick some up at a buffet. I did like the idea of getting the same benefits from mushroom extracts in a capsule.These capsules carry the health benefits I was looking for. They are small and easy to swallow with water or juice. For me this product carries the all-important USDA Organic seal. I have to confess that I wasn't aware that Lingzhi is the chinese name for Reishi Mushroom. Intrigued by the product, I read the product details, and some online research to discover this aspect. I'm glad that this issue attracted my attention to this supplement. I am an advocate of consuming mushrooms, as food and supplement, for the healthful compounds found in various mushrooms. Also, I do enjoy the taste of mushrooms.First, I am impressed with the display of USDA Organic on the front label (both the box and product label). This already indicates quality ingredients. Per capsule, it contains 400mg Organic Lingzhi/Reishi Mushroom, 150mg of a Proprietary Blend Mushroom Extract (Agaricus blazei, Trametes versicolor – Yunzhi / Turkey Tail, Ganoderma lucidum - Lingzhi, Grifola frondose -Maitake, Lentinula edodes - Shiitake, Cordyceps sinensis and Corydceps militaris). BTW, the components of the Proprietary Blend are extracts! Accordingly, the company touts that these mushrooms "offers over 200 types of immune-modulating polysaccharides."These polysaccharides and additional organic compounds found in mushrooms are the elements that offer potential health benefits regarding immune systems, cardiovascular systems, cognitive/neurological systems and more. Of note, the Supplement Facts outlines these compounds and their respective concentrations: Polysaccharides >60%, Beta 1.3/1.6 Glucans >20% and Alpha Glucan <2%. Quite informative and impressive.Also impressive is the badges displayed on the product label: Non-GMO, Vegan Friendly, Gluten-Free and Third Party Tested.Since I already consume mushrooms as part of my daily supplement regimen, I'll be ingesting just one capsule/daily of this supplement. I feel it's a major complement to the mushroom component of my regimen, boosting the mentioned compounds.Based on initial impressions/observations, I am impressed with this Lingzhi/Reishi (plus a Proprietary Blend Mushroom Extract of 7 additional mushrooms) supplement. Accordingly, it earns a 4.5 - 4.75 star rating, with a high level recommendation.

These Bioactive Organic Lingzhi/Reishi Extract capsules from Labo Nutrition are decent for the price. The bottle arrived to me packed inside a cardboard box. The box is full of information about the Lingzhi/Reishi in the capsules, and the other smaller amounts of mushroom extrtacts included. The bottle also contains a lot of the same information on the label, however the box is a bit more detailed. There are 90 capsules per bottle, and the suggested serving is 2 capsules. Each 2 capsule serving contains 800mg of Lingzhi/Reishi Extract, which is standardized to 60% Polysaccharides, 20% Beta-1,3/1,6-Glucans, and less than 2% of Alpha-Glucans. Alpha-Glucans is described as being a type of polysaccharide with no known medicinal properties.Besides each 2 capsule serving having 800mg of Lingzhi/Reishi extract, there is also 300mg of a, “Proprietary Blend Mushroom Extract” that contains extracts of various other mushrooms.The capsules are easy to swallow. I don’t normally get much noticeable effect from Reishi, so I can’t say too much about how I feel from it. I don’t normally take Reishi mushroom but I take it here and there to see how a different brand may treat me. Some supplements effect different people differently, and Reishi, in general, I don’t notice much from, unlike Cordyceps which I do get a noticeable boost from. This Lingzhi/Reishi Extract is good for what it is, it is as advertised here, 90 capsules or Standardized Lingzhi/Reishi Extract and the price is alright for what you get. I’ve had good experience with other LABO Nutrition products, and not had any issues with any of them so far. Made in Singapore.
