Hi~Thank you for your question:All diamond paintings in our store are round drills. Round drills have more facets than square drills and look more brilliant when finished. And most customers report that round drills are easier to place to the canvas than square drills.

The only point of contact is messaging thru Amazon. If it's cause you need more/replacement diamonds good luck, they wanted me to buy a whole second kit to cover the ones I was missing and said the would refund the cost of the second kit after it arrived.
