Q: Will this hold two drives or do I need to get a mounting bracket?

This is a standard OEM style bracket designed to host a singe 3.5" drive. If you need to fit 2 drives into this space then you will need to purchase a 2.5" to 3.5" adapter that allows for the stacking of 2 drives in that space. Please be aware that using such an adapter means doubling the amount of heat being created in that space and the OEM did not design your dell case for that additional cooling need.
